Uncle Sam Industrial Average

With GM and Citigroup being removed from the Dow Jones Industrial Average stock index, it occurs to me that we need a new index to track the health of government owned/quasi-owned companies. We should be able to come up with 30 by now, no?

I propose the Uncle Sam Industrial Average (USIA).
